Grace – God’s free undeserved love for sinners – is a key thought in the apostle Paul’s letter to the Ephesians. By grace Jesus died on the cross for our sins. By grace we have been brought to faith and are saved forever. By grace we have the power to live holy lives and to resist the power of Satan. God’s plan of grace for us makes it possible for us to face the future with trust and confidence – a fitting thought for this New Year.
